History of Kwality Milk Foods Limited
In 1995, KMFL started as a small factory in Kanchipuram, marketing liquid milk in pouches under the brand ANANYA. It expanded its plant capacity for a wide range of products and, around 2007, added the brand SONA. KMFL has grown into one of the leading dairies in South India, catering milk to Chennai and its suburbs.
SONA
SONA is a household name in the Chennai market, offering Milk, Curd, Lassi, Buttermilk, Butter, Ghee, Paneer, Sweetened Condensed Milk, Skimmed Milk Powder, Dairy Whitener, Milkshakes, Flavoured Milk, UHT Milk, MOLTO (a malt-based drink) and a range of ice creams and frozen desserts.
Certifications
The premises are FSMS ISO 22000:2005 certified, with FSSAI, BIS and AGMARK licenses.
